About Joshua Randall

I’m a user experience designer, user researcher, and champion of digital accessibility who has worked in e-commerce, finance, insurance, healthcare, and other industries. You can see my complete work history on my LinkedIn page.

I hold a Master’s of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University. I’m also President of the board of the Cleveland chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA), and I co-organize the Cleveland Accessibility Meetup (A11yCLE).

After 20 years of experience in market research, business analysis, and Agile software development, I transitioned into the UX field in 2018. I enjoy figuring out how other people interact with products, web sites, and apps; and I want to do what I can to make things better.
