User Research for a Paint Company
As part of the User Experience Design (UXD) master’s degree program at Kent State University, I conducted user research for a fictionalized version of a real business, a Fortune 500 paint & coatings company seeking to understand the purchasing decisions of homeowners on do-it-yourself (DIY) painting projects.
